Meet Las Vegas Injury Attorney

Laurence Springberg is a Nevada personal injury attorney at Springberg Law Firm, P.C. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1984, and graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1987. He has practiced law in Nevada since 1987, and is licensed in the United States District Court and all Nevada courts. His practice specialties include medical malpractice and personal injury.

Mr. Springberg’s reported cases include: Brannan v. Nevada Rock & Sand Co., 108 Nev. 23, 823 P.2d 291 (1992); Eads v. R.D. Werner Co., Inc., 109 Nev. 113, 847 P.2d 1379 (1993); Scrimer v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court ex rel. County of Clark, 116 Nev. 507, 995 P.2d 1190 (2000); and Carver v. El-Sabawi, 121 Nev. 11,107 P.3d 1283 (2005).

Mr. Springberg has served on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Justice Association since 2005. He was a member of the executive board from 2012 to 2016 and served as president for the 2015-2016 term. He also served on the State Bar of Nevada Consumer Protection Committee from 1998 to 2005. Mr. Springberg was also the moderator of The People’s Law School program of the Nevada Foundation for Consumer Education in Las Vegas from 2008 to 2013.
